Learning Management System Workflow
Client Challenge: Our client was struggling with connecting their LearnDash LMS with user communications. With over 1,400 users taking medical education courses, manually tracking progress and sending appropriate emails was becoming impossible. Testers couldn't easily report issues to developers, and users weren't receiving timely notifications about their learning journey.
Our Solution: We built a seamless connection between WordPress (LearnDash) and GoHighLevel CRM using Zapier, Uncanny Automator, and Gravity Forms. This integration creates sophisticated automation workflows that track each user through their learning journey and deliver perfectly timed, personalized communications.
