Step by step instruction
Log in to your google account & search your business on "Google Search tab"
Now, Click on "Q & A" option.
Under the "Q&A" Section, you will see all the questions on your profile.
To post the new question, click on "Ask a question" button.
Type your question in the given space & click on "Post" button.
Once your question is posted, you can choose to "Ask another" or simply click on "Finished" button.
Once you click on "Finished" button, you will again come back to the "Q&A" screen, where you can see your question.
Click on "Answer" button, to answer the question.
Type in your answer & click on "Post" button to complete.
Your "Q&A" will look like this in your Google Business Profile.
