Step-by-step instructions
If you find that your business is already listed on Google, you can claim ownership of the profile.
Click on the "Own this business?" button under the google listing.
Someone else might be managing this profile. So ask for access by clicking on the "Request access" button.
Once you have requested an access, you will get this page.
Select the "access level" details from the "drop down" menu.
Once you have entered all the details, tick on the check box, so that the current owner can see your information.
Then Click on the submit button.
The request is now sent & the expected time for response is 3-5 Days.
