If you find that your business is already listed on Google, you can claim ownership of the profile
Click on the "Own this business?" button under the google listing.
Someone else might be managing this profile. So ask for an access by clicking on "Request access" button.
Once you have requested an access, you will get this page. Select the "access level" details from the "drop down" menu.
Once you have entered all the details, tick on the "check box", so that current owner can see your information. Then Click on "submit" button.
The request is now sent & the expected time for response is 3-5 Days.(Meanwhile, see if you would also want to cross check the profile is already owned by you & stands suspended due to verification issues)

How do I know if a profile is unclaimed?
If the profile has an option for "Own this business" Or "Claim this business", it means profile is unclaimed.
What to do If my access request is denied?
In this case, in order to prove an legitimate ownership you can appeal the decision by providing evidence of ownership. This may include photos of Storefront, official business registration documents, Business Licence or Utility bill showing business name.
What to do If I don't know the current profile owner?
You are not required to know those details. The "Request access" process is anonymous. All you need to do is claim the profile & wait for 3 days to receive the response. If the current owner doesn't respond within 3 days, you will be given an option to verify the business profile.
