Step by step instruction
Click on "Google Apps Launcher"
Now, click on "Business Profile Manager"
Click on the "3 dots" adjacent to your business profile.
Select "Business Profile settings" from drop down menu.
Now go to "Advance settings" under Business Profile settings.
Now, click on "Copy ID" to copy the ID of the Business Profile that you want to merge.
Next step is to visit "www.support.google.com/business/gethelp" google's support page.
Select “your business” from the drop down menu.
Describe your issue as "Merge Duplicate listings" & select "merge profile" option from listed issues. Click on "Next Step" & submit merger request.
