Simple 3 Step Guide to address the reviews
For Fake or negative reviews, you can report them by following our guided demo & step by step instructions.
For Genuine Negative reviews, respond publicly by apologizing & giving them the suitable solution. This could turn them into your most loyal customers.
To improve overall rating, encourage more positive reviews, make it easy for people to leave reviews using QR Code or Link.
Step by step instruction
Log in to your google account & Search your business on "Google Search Tab"
Click on "Read reviews" option.
Now, click on the "3 Dots" or "Stop sign" Icon to report the review.
Now select among the list of reasons. If you want to mark the review as spam. Click on the "Spam" Check box.
Once you have selected the reason that you want to report. Click on "Send report" button.
If in case the review violates the Google Policy, you can also ask for "Legal help"
