1. Log in to your Google account and search for your business on Google, or sign in directly to your Google Business Profile.

2. Select the Photos option from your business profile panel.

3. Before you upload, ensure your images meet the recommended photo and video guidelines for the best results.

4. Click on the Logo button and upload your logo image. You can either drag the file into the box or click to select it from your computer.

5. Next, click the Cover photo button and upload your chosen cover image.

6. Add more pictures of your business, products, or team by clicking the main Add photos button.

7. Once uploaded, you may need to reload the page to see the new logo and cover photo on your profile.

1. Why aren't my photos showing up on Google Business Profile?

2. Can Customers upload photos to my profile.

Yes, they can. Photos uploaded by customers appear under "By visitors" tab.

3. How can I remove a photo or video uploaded by customer?

While you directly cannot remove it, you can report the photo & flag it for removal. Click the Flag icon or from 3 dots menu, select "Report a problem"
